A Good Performance by CW personnel.
Cathy ( my usual contact at CW was very efficient and helpful, as were others ( Chris and others ) equally helpful. It wasn't there fault that the exchange and contract completion was so long- winded.

The experience was entirely soured by the sneaky charge for AML compliance
Don't charge for AML compliance....this is a commercial cost to the business and shouldn't be passed on to the customer
