Thank you for your feedback, I have had a look into your booking and can see that when the booking was made the flights were not on sale. I apologise if you feel our service has not met your expectations. I can see we have emailed you at the end of October to advise the flights were still not on sale, I will arrange for someone to call you today as Easyjet released their flights a few days ago.
