Regarding the fit of the panels and door, this can sometimes occur if the base is not completely level, but we appreciate that this can be difficult to assess and are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We also note your concerns about the floor’s thickness and have shared this with our product development team for consideration. We do offer an installation service where feasible, but unfortunately, as advised, a clear working space is required around the structure for installation to safely take place in addition to proper maintenance of the building to ensure longevity. We sincerely hope you get the most out of your purchase.
