While our couriers do occasionally operate in the early hours, we absolutely understand that a 6:30am arrival without prior notice is far from ideal, and we’re actively reviewing this with our delivery team to ensure better communication going forward. We’re also sorry to hear that the free lock was missing from your order. This certainly should not have happened, and one has now been supplied for you. Regarding the quality of materials, we appreciate your frustration. Our sheds are designed with DIY assembly in mind, and many customers with no professional experience are able to construct them successfully. That said, if any part failed to meet the expected standard, we regret that and will be reviewing this with our quality control team. The issue with the screws and the roof panels is especially concerning, and your comments will help us improve both our manufacturing and instructional materials. Lastly, we're sorry you felt unsupported by our customer service team. That’s certainly not the level of care we aim to provide, and we’ll be investigating your case to understand how we can do better. We understand your disappointment, and while we're sorry that your experience fell short, we’re grateful for your honest feedback.
