Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the multiple issues you faced with the quality of the timber, construction, and the delivery process. It’s clear that the experience was frustrating and fell well short of the standard we strive to provide. We sincerely apologise for the delays, missing parts, and the damage that occurred during delivery and re-delivery. Waiting 10 weeks for the necessary components is unacceptable, and we understand how this affected your build process. Your comments about the quality of the materials and the roof support have been passed to our product team for review, as we are committed to improving both product design and quality control. We truly appreciate your perseverance in completing the build despite the challenges and regret that the overall experience has led you to not recommend us.
