We understand how frustrating it must be, particularly given your prior experience assembling sheds and the investment made in this product. We appreciate your positive comments regarding the ease of online ordering and the delivery service – it’s good to know those aspects went smoothly. That said, we take your concerns seriously, especially regarding the structural issues and the difficulty in assembly. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a shed with issues relating to the quality of materials and the standard of installation, especially after paying extra for the assembly service. Your feedback has been passed on to the relevant team to ensure this is properly investigated. The matter regarding the door and the fitting of the screws should not have occurred, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
