Flight delays and cancellation as well as little leg room between seat rows. Will probably try again with BA but looking for alternatives from Germany to Aberdeen.

You failed to listen and deal with the alternative flight and hotel booking together. We were left in limbo not knowing if we could fly and gave a room or not. This needed to be joined up with Here...
