Boxes for Moving Home Reviews

I'm glad to hear the boxes arrived on time. I'm also delighted you didn't find anything wrong with the quality of our boxes, all be it they have no handle holes. For the record, our boxes used to include handle holes but nearly every removal company we supply requested boxes without them. Apparently, if there are no handle holes, you have to pick the box up from the bottom, reducing the risk of everything falling out if not taped up properly. Quite appropriate here I hasten to add. That's why all our box sizes have been carefully selected with that in mind  - big enough to do the job but not too big that you can't pick them up easily once they're full. With regards the tape, there's always a chance you could have received a roll from a bad batch. If this was the case, I'm sorry. I can assure you, though, it's a very rare occurrence. In fact, I refer you to another recent review where the customer specifically commented on the quality of our tape. Nevertheless, as always, I will keep an eye on customer feedback and look to change the supplier (should your comments be repeated). Finally, all our mattress and furniture covers are generic to the industry and almost certainly sourced from the same supplier. I will therefore happily refund your whole order if you can find another negative comment about them amongst out 735 other reviews :-)
