Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the stilted delivery :-( Unfortunately it does sometimes happen but I apologise for the inconvenience. Your comments about the pack sizes are noted. Whilst they are only a guide, should they be repeated, we will look to adjust the contents accordingly :-)  

Firstly I'm sorry to hear you got the multi purpose boxes instead of the book boxes. If it was deliberate, you would have been informed beforehand and asked if you would prefer either a refund or to wait for the new stock to arrive. I imagine it was a packing error, for which I'm sorry. Unfortunately, whilst we do our best to keep them to a minimum, mistakes do happen. If you had let us know, we would have happily sent you the correct size replacements. Concerning your comments about our customer services, as you will see from many other reviews, we take great pride in responding to emails as quickly as we can. Hand on heart, this is the first I've heard about the issues you mention above. It may of course have just got lost in my inbox but I can assure you that it would have been an oversight rather than deliberate. Once again I apologise.
