You called us in middle of May to ask for a return of some unused boxes.

You have only decided to leave a negative review 4 Months later due to your unreasonable request not being accepted. We also noticed that you changed your original rating from 4 to 1.
If we were that bad why did you originally rate us 4 stars?
If you had requested this within 14 days we could have helped.
At what point do you think the cut of point should be for product returns?
How many other companies out there would accept a return over 4 months later after purchase?
