I am sorry to hear your premium increased this year.
We do look at a lot of different factors when calculating our premiums, such as our claims experience from similar homes within the postcode area that you live in - if we've seen an increase in the number of claims, that would be reflected in the price.
There are also other factors such as the rise in inflation, claims or repair costs that are taken in to account, although we try our best to mitigate these costs as much as we can.
