Hello, Thanks for getting in touch and for bringing this to our attention. Whenever a policy is purchased from us, we would give you the option to choose automatic renewal or non-automatic renewal. As you enter the renewal cycle, we would sent numerous reminders about the renewal, by email, text and make the renewal invite available from within your online account. Once the cover renews, we would follow up with further correspondence to confirm the cover has renewed. As we’ve never been contacted, we would not have stopped the policy without your request, as continuous insurance is a legal requirement. I can however get this all resolved for you and issue you a refund; please check for the email that I’ve just sent you; this includes details of what we would need to backdate the cancellation.
