Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Although your policy is primarily online, you can call us if you have any questions about your cover. You'll find our phone numbers on your Policy Schedule. I've logged a request for all of your documents to be posted to you - please allow up to 14 days for them to arrive. If you'd like to get all of your documents in the post in the future too, you can request this from your online account. Just head to www.axa.co.uk and log in, then click on the Documents tab.
