Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I am sorry to hear that you felt the renewal process was unfair. Unfortunately as we were not aware of which option you wanted for renewal the policy was not saved at a new price.

Our renewal notice does state that the policy will automatically renew unless we are advised other wise.

I can see that we have now been able to refund any money charged and issued your proof of bonus.
