Good bit disappointed didn't get family discount

Good service only disappointing thing was that I could not use my grandsons employee discount as I was advised by agent in branch if you do online quote don't get family discount

Often we can allow discount this is based on confirming and updating the current information we have in relation to your policy. At AXA we do our best to ensure that all customer get the best price.
