Would rate it zero if I could! Package got lost, ordered a new one. Have returned said parcel and still hasn’t received a refund. Absolute scam artists. Will NEVER purchase from Sephora again.

Thanks for your reply. I’ll await my refund before marking this as resolved. A timeframe was given, however it was vague and I am still left waiting, despite having zero product and paying for the privilege.

Love The Products.Great Variety.

Ordered products online for my granddaughter who absolutely loves Sephora, it was easy to do and delivery was superb.Every time we go to Bluewater it’s a must to pop in to the store.
