They collected the car and dealt with everything. Car was returned better than just the accident damage repaired, paint was also touched up where there were chips.

Kia Claims / Kia Accident care is run by Kindertons, which clearly makes money on very thin margins and a lack of customer care.
Chose to use them for a non fault claim.
