Very easy to work with and quick to refer me to the repairer and to deal with the insurance company. I dropped one star because I did feel I wasn't kept updated once the car was taken in for repair.

Many thanks for your feedback and please accept our sincere apologies for the length of time it took to get your vehicle repaired. Looking at the file I can see that our team were chasing the third party for an admission on liability, I also note that the third party had offered you their services earlier than we received their admission of fault. This is not unusual as third parties will sometimes offer to deal with claims prior to them admitting full liability, however we would always prefer that a full admission is provided in order to ensure no costs are enforced to our customers. Due to the Christmas period I can see some further delays after your car was in for repair, to which we sincerely apologise. We are always looking for ways to improve our services so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have already changed our processes in order to improve our levels of communication.

This sometimes does cause some delays but I can see that the team proactively chased the third party in order to finalise the claim as soon as possible.
