Very poor service. I had to keep contacting them and my insurance. I rang up to check about hire car and then when I was about to get it the reason I called up the month before was still a problem!

Overall a most helpful service which made life comparatively easy. Have dropped off one star as it took several phone calls to obtain written confirmation of claim when renewing insurance
