Many thanks for your feedback which we always find helpful in improving our services. We are sorry to hear you felt the process was time consuming in having to complete the paperwork. As this was a non fault claim, we have to get a full written statement from you in order to ensure the other parties will pay all the costs of the claim so that this doesn't go against you. I also apologise you had to go through the claim with your insurer, we like to do this on behalf of our customers but some insurers will not discuss any claims with anyone other than their insured. Towed car away after accident very quickly. I was offered a car but I declined as I thought my car would be back after 2 weeks. A long time to wait for my car to be returned
