Very poor customer car.. a no fault clam took 7 months because Kia sent the wrong part incorrectly on three separate occasions to the repairers. Staff unhelpful.

No benefit over using your own insurance company, but adds complexity.
Extremely long wait to speak over the phone (50 minutes each time) and they would not communicate by email. Did not provide updates on progress and I had to chase to find out.
