We are sorry that you feel disappointed in the service provided but understand your frustration with the lack of communication.
Please be assured that once we had been made aware of your incident and identified that there was some confusion around the cover on your vehicle (which resulted in the claim being put on hold), we worked with your dealer and the Driveaway underwriter to ensure that we could provide cover, to allow your claim to proceed. This is what created the delays and we are sorry that you feel you were not kept informed during this period.
We are pleased that we could ultimately assist you and that you now have your repaired car back but offer our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations.
