Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Get an online form for download and all will be good

I ended up not putting a claim in as its behaviour not medical. I hope that a online claim form is made available for Golden Valley.

Claim form did not arrive but we did not need it as rabbit recovered with vet's advice.Otherwise service was helpful
