With reference to your recent feedback, we are sorry that you have encountered poor Customer Service from us. We can assure you that your comments will be investigated and dealt with in a constructive manner.
The normal lead time generated on your paperwork is 4-6 weeks so we apologise if you told 3 weeks by your salesperson.
We can confirm that the label on the mattress in the store states that the mattress contains wool however we are sorry that you were not advised this verbally at the point of ordering.
Once again thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for your disappointment.
