We have noted your comments and it appears that we have received a batch of stock that had part of the screw packs missing. The manfacturer have sent us through a number of spare packs in order to service any items that have been affected.
We have also spoken to the manufacturer about your comments relating to the assembly instructions in order for them to improve this in the future.

Parker Knoll are a UK brand name and we can assure you that if does offer exceptional value for money. We have your chosen range on display as a 3 seater, 2seater, Chair and Footstool in all of our stores so we are unsure why you were not shown this.
