Staff were helpful, arrived on time, everything that I ordered arrived. Very happy.
The order took a little longer than anticipated to arrive - approximately 4 weeks in excess of the original delivery date quoted, ,but realise that this was out of their hands!
Calls not returned
orders taken for products not in stock and not ordered from supplier until orders accumulated meaning very long lead time
