Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry for the delay to your order which was caused by the Christmas break and a delay in getting the stock transferred from the store.
We are sorry that you were not kept informed with the progress of your order and can only apologise for this.

The service we had was very good, everyone was very helpful and friendly.
The store is very clean, and set out very nicely. The sale people are very good they are there when you need them but do not over power you with sales patter.
