Recenze společnosti Sephora

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you were excited about the arrival of Sephora and the range of products available, but we’re truly sorry that your delivery experiences have left you feeling disappointed. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to experience repeated delivery delays, especially when you’re relying on your order arriving in time for a special occasion. We’re particularly sorry to hear that your daughter’s birthday present didn’t arrive before she left for her holiday, and that you had the added inconvenience of having to post it to her yourself. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback is important to us and we’re always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience, including the delivery journey. We’re sorry that this has impacted your overall impression of Sephora, and we understand how disappointing this must have been. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much more positive experience in the future and restore your confidence in shopping with us. Kind regards, Customer Care
