Good morning, we are sorry for the inconvenience you have had in pairing the devices. It is possible that you have misunderstood the instructions given by our technical support regarding the configuration of your router. Our devices work with a 2.4Ghz network and we do not guarantee pairing with a 5Ghz network. The routers work with both networks simultaneously, but sometimes both have the same name and we ask you to differentiate the networks to make sure you are connected to the correct one. However, if you would like a specialist to review all the details of your case, you can contact us at gestion.qos@rointe.com As far as the length of the serial numbers is concerned, the regulations state that this has to be the case, so there is nothing we can do about it.

Hi Hope I can explain myself sufficiently well. Wi-fi is a mesh system using 2.4 and 5Ghz simultaneously I have three D series radiators, two in the kitchen, one in the hall. The first radiator in the kitchen connected to wi-fi easily and uses the 2.4Ghz network automatically. I have never been able to connect either of the other two radiators. This morning I switched off the 5Ghz network and attempted to connect the radiator in the hall. I switched off the other two radiators just in case I was picking up wi-fi from one of the other two radiators (if this is even possible?). I can log into the network from the radiator in question and I get the message "Linked device/Waiting Config" on the radiator screen. Shortly thereafter the wi-fi link drops "no internet connection" and the radiator screen remains as above. Before doing any of this I rebooted the mesh system, switched the hall radiator off and on and likewise my iPad and iPhone (I tried both). Anything else I can try? Thanks

I appreciate the response but if you check the app controls you will see the minimum comfort setting is only 19°C, I would post a screenshot but it's not possible in this communication.

Hello Mark! If you want to set a lower temperature you need to use the Eco Mode. The Confort Mode has a minimum temperature of 19. The Eco Mode offers you the possibility of setting you temperature range between 7º to 18,5º in the D Series range. I hope you find this information useful. I am aware of the Eco mode. The point I am trying to get through is Rointes own recommendations is to set a minimum "comfort" temperature of 18°C and yet it isn't possible. The 24 hour programming only allows for setting temperatures using Eco/Comfort/Off i.e. the temperatures preset for each value, so as a program the comfort setting can only be set at a minimum of 19°C. It would make sense to allow us, the customer, to choose our own preference for a minimum setting rather than being restricted.
