Please know that the Ricoh eShop is strictly a B2B platform and we support businesses to procure quickly and efficiently by offering a line of credit when they open their account with Ricoh. We do not take payment by credit card in the eShop. This means that the registration process is vital to getting your account set-up with 100% accuracy and the ability to pay later for your eShop orders. Access to the eShop is not immediate and it can take anywhere between 2 and 24 hours to log in for the first time. We do believe though, that this is far outweighed by the ability to pay later for your goods and access to a closed site and catalogue built specifically for businesses. I am pleased to see that you were supported by a member of the eShop team when you called us and you received your login details less than 2 hours later.
