Thanks for your feedback, Melissa. We’re glad you had a good day out at Marwell. We are excited to be in the middle of a multi-million-pound investment programme to create improved habitats for our animals and more immersive experiences for our guests. So far this has included Wild Explorers, Lemur Loop and our biggest exhibit to date: Tropical House! Spanning two levels guests can get up close to wildlife such as Linne’s two-toed sloth, tropical free-flying birds, Javan chevrotain and more in an immersive experience. Our next big development will be Water and Wetlands which will see the valley behind our Gift Shop entirely redeveloped. We’re sorry you were disappointed with the food in Café Graze. Our catering team takes pride in preparing quality, fresh food which is locally-sourced and we hope this reflects in the cost. All surplus goes towards the care of our resident animals as well as the important conservation projects we support in the UK and overseas as we are an action-oriented conservation charity. Guests are always more than welcome to bring their own picnic to the zoo, and you are able to stop wherever you'd like to set up for lunch or we have two indoor picnic huts in the park. Thanks again for leaving us your feedback, we hope to see you again in the future.
