Hi Sarah, thanks for your 5-star review! It's great to hear you had such a lovely visit to Marwell and that you had fun learning about our wonderful resident animals. We're sorry you felt that there were not enough toilets located around the park during your visit. We have 5 toilet blocks dotted around the park and the locations of these can be found on our map. As well as the map boards around the park, we have the Marwell Zoo app that allows guests to see where they are on the map, via GPS location, as they walk around the zoo. Usually there are two members of staff working in each kiosk, one to take payments and the other to serve the food and this is to help speed up service and keep the queue moving. Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted you had a lovely day around our 140-acre park, and that you particularly enjoyed our Tropical House exhibit! It's great to hear that you were able to get such a great view of Rica our Linne's two-toed sloth. We're glad you enjoyed our BRICKOSAURS! sculptures. However, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with our BRICKOSAURS! Base Camp. This area was home to a number of different activities including two 'brick pits' where children (and adults!) could make their own LEGO® brick creations. There was also a Megalosaur head and LEGO brick jeep perfect for photo opportunities; plus face painting and more! We're sorry to hear you missed certain exhibits due to taking a ride on our road train. Guests are welcome to hop off at any of the stops around the park and can stroll back to any areas they may have missed. As well as the large map boards situated around the zoo, we have our free Marwell Zoo app which includes a map that allows guests to see where they are on the map as they walk around the zoo. The app also allows you to learn about our amazing animals, either through an audio tour or simply on screen as you visit the animals. If you do find yourself lost or you are looking for a specific exhibit, please feel free to ask a member of staff who would be more than happy to help! We have made as many allowances as possible for disabled guests of all ages arriving by car and around the park and we're sorry you do not feel the same.We have hundreds of exotic and endangered animals to see across our 140 acres of parkland and most of our exhibits have multi-level viewing windows to allow all guests to see our resident animals. There are also a number of interactive screens throughout the park as well as our popular Explorer's Trail that is available for all guests to enjoy. We recently unveiled our new road train which has been designed with a dedicated third carriage at the rear with ‘perimeter’ seating and a rear loading ramp, to more easily cater for guests in wheelchairs. We appreciate the nature of the park is quite hilly and as such, this train is available for all guests for free and is often used to help navigate the zoo. There is an Access Guide on the 'Guests with accessibility needs' page of our website to inform any guests that are concerned about accessibility, as well as information on disabled parking and other facilities. Guest feedback is very important to us, so thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments. We hope to see you again in the future.

Our road train travels around the zoo all day, so we advise guests to try again at different times of the day if unable to board on their first occasion, in the hope that space may become available.
