Nonetheless, while we would have hoped that all of the experiences would have been to your preferences we are delighted that you have still taken many memorable highlights away from your time on your guided trip across South America.

We always endeavour to organise our trips in the most feasible way possible; however, we regret to read that that you were disappointed with your overnight stay in Lima. As well, we are sorry to learn of the inconvenience experienced with your airlines and we can completely understand your frustration. As a result, we have communicated your concerns to the relevant departments for their respective reviews, though, we are pleased that you enjoyed taking in so many remarkable destinations with our dedicated team and we hope that you have returned home with many unforgettable memories.

Our Travelling Concierges work passionately so that you can look forward to travelling with ease and that is why it pleases us greatly to learn that you were impressed with the service we provided. Furthermore, triple rooms will often feature one foldaway bed plus one double, therefore, three adults may find this space slightly restricted and these rooms are generally more suited for two adults and a child. However, we are truly sorry if you experienced any discomfort at the hotels selected, and we will ensure with the hotels that the rooms are to the standard that we expect. In saying that, we thank you for taking the time to leave us with your impressions from the trip and hope to welcome you back to enjoy more authentic experiences in the future.
