We're so pleased to hear that you found the journey through the Rocky Mountains to be fabulous Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper truly offer some of the most breath-taking natural beauty, and we're delighted you enjoyed the stunning scenery and the comfort of your accommodations. We are, however, very sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the pace and structure of the itinerary. We understand how special a place like Lake Louise is, and we sincerely regret that the time allocated there felt too short. Your suggestion to spend more time in Banff and Lake Louise and potentially to explore Calgary is appreciated and has been noted by our product team for consideration in future planning. Similarly, we acknowledge your feedback on the length of the train journey and the overnight stop in Kamloops. While it is designed to offer a unique experience of travelling through the vast Canadian landscapes, we completely understand that it may not have suited everyone's preference, and we're sorry this part of the journey did not meet your expectations. We also hear your thoughts on Vancouver and the desire for a deeper experience of the city's culture. It’s always a challenge to balance all the highlights in a set timeframe, but your comments help us refine our itineraries to create more rewarding journeys.
