Nonetheless, we are pleased that the pace of the itinerary was well suited to your preferences and we hope to have the privilege of accompanying you to explore more destinations in the future.

We love creating experiences that our valued guests will treasure forever and we're therefore delighted to learn of the overall excellent time you had on the British Royale guided holiday. Please know that your constructive feedback, such as that regarding the Michelin-star restaurant, is greatly appreciated and being given much attention. With that said, we regret to learn of your concerns regarding the York Minster experience and have shared them with our Operations team for review. They will address these comments directly with the person in question to ensure a better experience going forward. With that said, we're pleased that your journey to England and Scotland was otherwise exceptionally uplifting and left you with many new memories.
