It's great to hear that you've found our renewal process to be easy and also that you're happy with the latest renewal premium. We do try very hard to keep all our premiums as low as possible and we're pleased that you haven't had any increase recently.

It's important to mention that none of our pet insurance products currently offer a price that is 'fixed for life' - you'll appreciate that unfortunately, this does mean that at some point in the future you might see the premium increase.

However, we always work very hard to always price our products competitively and should you ever have any questions about your premium then please do give us a call on 0345 982 5505 and we'll be very happy to discuss your policy and it's premium in more detail with you.

Call handler was lovely, friendly and not pushy. He compared what I wanted to do with the cost of what I had and I found out it would be more expensive to change the policy.
