I must also apologise that we couldn't take an order over the phone. We now have the means to do this, though it's a rather clunky process and we'd prefer to sort out the core problem of why your online order wouldn't process.
Finally it does sound like we were not very helpful, which is not our usual way of working, so I really do hope we can be of better service in the future.
