I'm also sorry the product was not to your satisfaction - we will amend the description on the website to make it clear that the bristles are metal, and our Customer Services team will be in touch to arrange a return and refund. The decking brush should have been presented in a clear plastic bag, but I gather the heat-sealing machine wasn't working that day, and the warehouse had to improvise, so please accept my apologies for the rather excessive packaging! Also, with regard to the product itself, I gather you've been advised to return it to store. If this is not convenient, let me know and we can arrange a collection instead.
