Thank you for the feedback. All wood is pre-treated to ensure its long life. As the treatment is UV activated, once exposed to direct sunlight and the elements, the blocks will turn the golden colour as seen in the photographs on our website. This can take a few weeks depending on levels of sunlight. As instructions can get damaged during transport, we send all instructions free of charge by email at the point of order. We do sell printed instructions but we have to charge for these as the instructions will need additional protection so they are not damaged in transit

First class advice and free design service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Delivery is swift and everything arrives on a pallet with clear layer by layer instructions.

Thank you for takign the time to leave the review. We appreciate the feedback. Can you confirm if you trimmed the planter after installation? We advertise the liner as a universal size and that it needs to be trimmed after installation. Due to the thousands of combinations of sizes we supply, we are unable to provide a ready-made sized liner.

Thanks for the feedback about the instructions. We are looking to change the colours to make them easier to read. We will hopefully have this issue resolved soon.
