Hi Ian, thank you for the 4-star feedback. As we ship orders all over the UK and EU, using a third-party delivery company, We are not made aware of any delays from the depots. For this reason, all dates on our website are estimated dates of delivery and not guaranteed dates of delivery. The delivery date is finalised once the depot calls you to arrange a delivery time slot.

Hi Pam, Thank you for the review. We are very sorry to hear about the problems with the delivery. Unfortunately, as we use a third-party delivery company, there can be delays in the transport network which are beyond the control of WoodBlocX. As we are not made aware of any delays by the delivery company, we are always happy to chase them up on your behalf if you let us know beforehand. It looks like something happened to the pallet at the depot as this is not how they leave our warehouse. This may have been the cause of the delay. Please feel free to contact us if anything is lost or damaged and we will be happy to replace the parts.
