Useless service

I didn’t the whole of my order was cancelled as they said they had problems in the warehouse,absolutely useless Didn’t even offer to redo my order,instead cancelled it

Unbelievable Disappointed

I ordered alot of items on The Works on line and after waiting 3 weeks for them they decided that they were moving and there for i won't be getting my order yet!

Lost parcel

Disappointing

Not good. It took 17 working days to receive the goods. Their promise to deliver within 10 working days (and even that is too long) was obviously not met. Not only that three of the six items...
