Poor customer service. Was given miss information regarding the delivery time of items.

Ordered 16 November. Still not received as of 15 December. The poorest service I have received from any company this year, by miles.

Excellent service very quick delivery

Really slow delivery and then removed items as out of stock which were still for sale on the website.

Shocking, waited 3 weeks when was told it would be5-7 days, half my order didn’t arrive

As aways, the service was very good. Easy to find what I wanted, easy to order, delivered as expected and kept up to date on delivery. Excellent price on the book I required.

Great prices delivered on time

Unfortunately my parcel never arrived so I had a refund, it was not The Works problem it had been dispatched but there was a problem at the Courier’s.

Very good, easy to order and arrived in good time. Order a Calendar and Diary every year, always very good. Lovely photography of chosen subject, flowers, wild life etc.,
