Long delivery wait time
Placing the order was very simple and straightforward BUT their delivery is 15 working days (so minimum 3 weeks) which is very poor, I definitely won't be ordering again.
Dispatch and delivery takes far too long for the price it costs for delivery books arrive a bit battered
