Your positive comments are much appreciated and I will certainly pass these on to the team in Rotherham. In terms of the points you raise - with insurance, we will certainly take onboard your points - as a rule we aim to offer the very best value for this option compared to our local competitors (and if there is an occasion where we do work out more expensive we have a 'Price Promise' that ensures we will match any local offer - it's also worth noting also our customers are more than welcome to use their own home insurance policy to cover their items in storage rather than taking out ours. In terms of the 4 weekly payments we find this helps keep things simple so that people know exactly how many weeks they are paying for, but we will certainly take a look at your suggestion to see if this would be a better way to work things.
