Having looked at the account, I can see that Dan has also attempted to be helpful in your particular situation, such as waiving a late payment charge you incurred when you had some recent payment issues. I fully understand that these issues may have coloured your experience in storing with us, however we would be most appreciative if you could re-consider the review you have left, especially in light of the flexibility Dan showed when you were vacating your storage unit.
