I am very sorry to hear about the experience you had with one of our other customers at our site. The behaviour that you describe is certainly not the norm from our customers at our sites, and is something that we would absolutely never deem acceptable or tolerate - we want everyone that visits our site to feel comfortable, safe and secure. Please be assured that we will do everything we can do to this end. In terms of your suggestion of separate access points for business and domestic customers - we have recently introduced a 24 hour access point which will primarily be used by businesses - however regardless of the entrance being used, we would expect all our customers (both business and domestic) to behave in a professional and friendly manner - so again please accept our apologies for the situation you encountered where this was not the case.
