Thank you very much for the great feedback about the team at Preston, I will pass on your comments to Rain and Rachel. In terms of our pricing, we aim to offer the best storage prices in the local area and in the event that another company is cheaper on a like-for-like basis, we have a price promise guarantee which means that we will match that lower price. We always aim to be competitive therefore. Thank you for choosing us each time you have needed storage and thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback about your experience on the both occasions you used us. Lucy is the lady that you dealt with at our Rotherham site and I know that she will be delighted to hear your comments. We know that it's the people that make the difference and we're really happy when we get feedback like this.

Thank you for your positive feedback. In respect of the flood, we did try to contact all customers asap and I apologise if it took us a while to get hold of you. In terms of what happened, there was a flash flood following a major rainstorm and the drains couldn't cope with the volume of water that hit the building. Since then we have installed more underground drains and are told by the engineers that there shouldn't be an issue going forward.
In terms of our prices, we do offer long term deals but only for customers who commit to staying with us in advance. Many customers take advantage of this long term discount by committing to stay with us for more than 12 months, but it is very difficult to give a discount to a customer who isn't able to give us that longer term commitment and who can therefore leave at any time with just 2 weeks notice.
Regards
Dan
