Overall customer service was good and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this facility if using the main building not the basement. Would use again if the need arose.

Really good service only negative is the price jump after having your things in storage for so many months. Quite steep.

Thanks very much for the positive rating and your comments about the service you received from our team in Rotherham, I will be sure to pass this on to them. In terms of your feedback regarding the price, I am sorry to read that you were disappointed. I can see from our records that you received a special offer where we gave you a discount for the first 3 months of your stay. We always try and match the discounts we give to the length of time people think they need to store for, but in some cases, as with you, people do need to stay for longer than they thought and therefore will pay the standard price after their discount finishes. Obviously this is not something we can control, but even on our standard prices, we always aim to offer the most competitive rates for storage in the local area.

Overpriced. Friendly and useful staff. Good welcome deal, but several price hikes was completely off-putting.

Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your feedback, for the positive rating, and thank you for your comments about the team at our Leeds site, I will be sure to pass these on.
In terms of our pricing, I am sorry to read that you were dissappointed. We do conduct regular price checks on our local competitors and we always aim to offer the most competitive prices and best value storage in the local area, and in general we find that we do that. In the event that we do not work out the cheapest, we have a ‘Price Promise’ which means that we will match any like-for-like local price. I certainly appreciate that when there is a change in what you pay (for example, when a 12-month initial discount comes to an end) that nobody likes that, but please be assured this is something we do keep a close eye on and we always aim to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers.
