My FIRST order was placed 1-2-23 for $74 US dollars I’ve not received that order or a shipping/tracking number, I also placed the order this email is about haven’t heard anything about it either

Thank you for your message - we have been looking into this for you with your order number. This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack.
Please accept our apologies for the continued delay. We are really disappointed that negative reviews are from the current postal service and are certainly not a reflection of our company or the products that you have ordered.
