This order has not been received. Per Royal Mail tracking, this hasn't even been dispatched to them. It was ordered 2 weeks ago.

Thank you for your message - we have been looking into this for you with your order number. This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack.
Please accept our apologies for the continued delay. We are really disappointed that negative reviews are from the current postal service and are certainly not a reflection of our company or the products that you have ordered.

I am still waiting for this order, but appreciate hearing from the company as to the reason for the delay. I have since read up on it and, indeed, it appears the Royal Mail is a Royal Mess.
